When we met Carl again later that day, he generously handed us a pair of rough, hand-tied craft-fur jigs on 3/8-oz heads. We tied them on… and couldn’t believe the results.
By the next weekend, we had reverse-engineered the jig, built a mold, sourced materials, and discovered just how deadly the design could be. The more we fished it, the more we realized we’d stumbled onto something special.
